Dear Ms. Forsythe, I am responding to your complaint about the late arrival of your anniversary flower delivery, which was promised for Saturday morning but did not reach your guests until late afternoon. You are right to be disappointed, and I will not hide behind excuses: a routing error in our dispatch system sent the bouquet to the wrong depot, and we should have caught it sooner. I have refunded the delivery fee in full and the cost of the bouquet itself, so the order is now entirely free of charge. Beyond that, I would like to send a fresh arrangement on a date of your choosing as a sincere apology, with no expectation that you order again. You owe us nothing. I have also flagged the routing fault to our operations team, who are adding a same-day check to prevent this happening to others. I realise that no refund can give back the moment you had planned, and for that I am genuinely sorry. If there is anything else I can do to make this right, please tell me directly. Yours sincerely, Imani Osei, Head of Customer Relations.
