Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to CELPIP TIP's Terms and Conditions of Use (these "Terms"). This is a contract between you and CELPIP TIP, and we want you to know your rights and ours before you use the CELPIP TIP website or application ("CELPIP TIP" or the "App").

If you subscribe to services for a term (the "Initial Term"), your subscription will automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration at CELPIP TIP's then-current fee, unless you cancel in accordance with Section 5 below. We use the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

1. CELPIP TIP Rules

Before using the App you must register for an account and be legally permitted to use the App under the laws of your home country. You can register manually or via Facebook or Google login. You may not use another person's account or share your account without permission. You can delete your account anytime from the Settings page. We use a combination of automated systems and moderators to review accounts and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

2. Types of Content

All text, content, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, software, and databases on CELPIP TIP are owned, controlled, or licensed by us and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a non-exclusive, limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use our content for lawful, personal use only. You may not sell, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, scrape, decompile, or commercially exploit our content.

3. Restrictions on the App

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, use your real name and age, and use the services professionally. Scraping or replicating any part of the App by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our published interfaces is expressly prohibited without our prior consent.

4. Privacy

For information about how we collect, use, and share your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. By using CELPIP TIP, you acknowledge that we may use such data in accordance with it.

5. Payment Terms

Generally

CELPIP TIP may offer in-app purchases. Purchases made through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to that platform's terms. Once you make a purchase, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase an automatically-renewing subscription, it will renew at the end of the period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the end of the current period. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription.

Cancelling Subscriptions

If you subscribed through a Third Party Store, cancel via that store's account settings. After cancelling you may use the subscription until the end of the paid period, but it will not renew and is not eligible for a prorated refund.

Free Trials

If you sign up for a free trial and do not cancel, it may convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged at the then-current price. You must cancel before the end of the trial to avoid charges.

Refunds

Generally, all charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple at getsupport.apple.com.

6. Push Notifications; Location-Based Features

We may send emails, text messages, push notifications, and alerts related to the App and our services. You can opt out of push notifications by changing your device notification settings.

7. Share to TikTok

Share to TikTok lets you post videos to your own TikTok account. You may only post content you created or have the right to share, and you are responsible for it. Your use of TikTok is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation. We post only after you press Post, with the caption and settings you chose. You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time.

8. Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe content on CELPIP TIP infringes your copyright, send a DMCA Takedown Notice to [email protected] including the required identifying and good-faith statements.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms, which we may amend from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and CELPIP TIP and supersede prior agreements (excluding the Privacy Policy). The App and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, and your use is at your sole risk. We may modify these Terms at any time; changes are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
